Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Morgs Moves Waste Removals (“we”, run by Morgan Davies, 9 Heol y Bryn, Pontyclun, CF72 9AP) uses personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
- Details you give in the quote forms: name, phone number, email (optional), postcode, collection preferences and access notes.
- Photos you upload of the items to be cleared.
- The page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an advert, campaign information (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID).
- If you started our quote form and entered your phone number but didn’t submit, the answers you’d given so far (see “Unfinished quote forms”).
- With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. See the cookie policy.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange your collection (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract), and, only with your consent, to measure how the website and our adverts perform.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site: our website database and file storage provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider (Resend) and, with consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads. We never sell your data.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored privately and only used to price your job. We delete quote photos once they are no longer needed.
Unfinished quote forms
If you type your phone number into the last step of our quote form but don’t press submit, we save what you’ve entered so far so Morgan can contact you once to help finish your quote. The form tells you this next to the phone field. We rely on legitimate interests for this; we won’t use the number for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any job that follows, and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@morgsmoveswaste.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
